Today's Park maintenance ws a huge success. The area around the playground was cleared of old carpeting that had been used many years ago to prevent weed growth. This was becoming a hazard and needed removal. The carpet together with many surface roots were removed and 10 cubic yards of woodchips were used to cover the ground. Many thanks to all the people that volunteered their time and equipment without which it would not have been possible.
The Merlin Park is funded entirely from private sources and maintained mostly by volunteers. Any donations are gladly accepted. We are a 501 C3 non profit organization.
